Improve mobility and posture
Support rehabilitation and injury prevention
Enhance physical performance and overall wellness
Common Techniques Used:
Swedish techniques (effleurage, petrissage) to warm tissues

Trigger point therapy to release localized muscle knots
Joint mobilizations and passive stretching to improve range of motion
Manual lymphatic drainage for swelling and fluid retention
